Comcast v Federal Communication Commission Court Ruling and What it Means for Consumers

A ruling that could affect internet pirates, but some in the music business see piracy as the new reality.  The DC Appeals Court ruled in favor of Comcast.

The ISP or Internet Service Provider can now block file sharing software without government intervention from the Federal Communication Commission.
